If you regularly include minced beef in your diet consider mixing it with minced turkey. Turkey is generally cheaper and lower in fat than beef and has more of the amino acid tryptophan (needed for serotonine production – the happy hormone). Whereas beef has more iron and more of the amino acid creatine (needed for strong muscle). Mix them both = happy muscles? Possibly not.
